Complete a membership application form
Provide us with one of these forms of Picture Identification; - National ID,
- Passport,
- N.I.S. Card
- Drivers License
1 Utility bill (Could be either of the following):
- Water
- Telephone
- Electricity
One hundred and thirty-five dollars ($135) to be broken down as follows:
- Registration Fee - $ 10.00
- Purchase of 20 Shares @ $5.00 each = $100.00
- Savings (Minimum Balance) - $ 25.00
